Our
mission is to provide opportunities for leaders and their teams
to define, achieve, and sustain success. Dana Jennings and her
team accomplish this through leadership coaching and consulting.
For
over 20 years, Dana used her decisive, results-oriented management
style to remain effective in rapidly changing and challenging
organizations. Her corporate experience includes 14 years of operating
ownership in a multi-unit retail service business and 4 years
of service as a corporate director for 1100 unit, international
retail service firm. Ms. Jennings has provided direction as an
officer or director to corporate, professional, and nonprofit
organizations.
Through
her extensive entrepreneurial experience, Dana gained first hand
knowledge about growing and sustaining a profitable enterprise.
Her board experience has given her insight into complex strategic
planning, high-stakes negotiation, and the decision-making process
around complicated and nuanced issues. Drawing from that background,
her strengths as a consultant come from her grounding in a practical
understanding of how work gets done and her knowledge of how to
influence and direct those responsible for the work in ways that
enhance the individual and team and drive the desired results.
In
founding Jennings Earnhardt, LLC in 2002, Ms. Jennings added to
her hard earned on-the-job experience and skills by completing
certification through The Center for Creative Leadership,
The Highlands Company, and qualification in the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator. She has also done additional training in
leadership coaching through the specialized coaching program at
the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (now run through
Duke University). In addition to the on-the-job experience and
specialty training listed above, Ms. Jennings' formal education
includes a Bachelors degree with honors from the University of
Georgia and a Masters degree from Duke University.
