Acceleration Plan
This is a specialized program, custom designed to your needs.
We offer strategies that enable you to take charge quickly and
effectively during crucial transitions in your career.
Target Clients: Entrepreneurs, Executives in
Transition
Program Content: Following an initial on-site
interview, we conduct the learning in a coaching format. We
focus on eight specific tactics you can employ to establish
self-confidence and the confidence of those working with you
in your new capacity. Among the tactics are tools to correctly
assess your new situation, its challenges and opportunities,
and actions to take to review, prune, and solidify your new
work team. This program is intensive during your first 90 days
with evaluation and follow-up at the end of that period.

Learned
Leadership Competencies Program
Extensive research highlights six specific leadership competencies
that a leader can develop through a focused learning plan. The
purpose of this skill-building program is to identify an individual’s
current application of the six competencies and to prepare and
apply, in concert with the client, a plan for increasing their
capacity for use of each of the six competencies.
Target Clients: Any leader interested in further
developing their potential.
Program Description: The program is a series
of eight sessions. During the course of these meetings, the
client learns about the six leadership competencies. We assess
the extent to which they are currently using the competencies
in business, and together we develop a learning plan to expand
their leadership capacities. On-going coaching supports the
development of their leadership potential in these six distinct
areas.

of Directors Leadership Program
The business goal is to improve the caliber and performance
of nonprofit and private company boards of directors. We design
strategies to move your underperforming board to sustainable
operation as a highly performing board.

Leadership Coaching

Transition (be it a re-assignment, a promotion, or a position
in a different functional area), High-Potential Performers
Program Description: The program involves four
steps: identifying outcomes, securing valid feedback, composing
a challenging action plan, and evaluating the resulting behaviors.
We offer the option of on-site interviews as well as a wide variety
of assessment tools, if needed. Coaching is a long-term proposition.
An engagement may range from a minimum of twice monthly for three
months to durations of over a year. All coaching is confidential.

Leadership Coaching
This team program involves observation and interviews to assure
an accurate diagnosis of the issues effecting performance. Once
we agree upon the diagnosis, we achieve change through a variety
of approaches including MBTI. The result is a collaborative,
effective work team.

Program Description: Our successful approach
